Reservations for our host resort will be made directly with the park and details how to reserve will be provided upon confirmed event registration. Camping is included for Thousand Trails members with the park as one of their member campgrounds and a discounted group rate is available for non-TT members. We can also connect you with a dedicated Thousand Trails rep who will help you get the best rate on a camping pass or membership if you don’t already have one.

Cancellation Policy: 

All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Full refund less $10 cancellation fee up to 60 days prior to the event. A 75% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 30 days prior to the scheduled event. A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received 14 days prior to the scheduled event. 

No refunds will be granted if the request is received within fewer than 14 days prior to the scheduled event.

Special Cases: We understand how unpredictable life on the road can be, so special case considerations can be made.  Our host resort has a separate cancellation policy.
