Coastal Ecology Alliance Event

Join us March 7-14, 2023 as we learn about this unique area as we explore the micro-climate that is perfect for Monarch butterflies to overwinter here, the history of how this region developed into what it is today including the Spanish missions that dot the coast and sharing together in service as we help clean up the beaches & coastline together in conjunction with a local service organization. As always, we’ll be kicking off the week with a rig roll and this beachside location is hard to beat! Registration includes field trips to an aquarium, California mission, historical park, and much more! A catered dinner, pizza & movie night & lots of fun hands-on family activities to build depth as we’re learning together are included with your family admission ticket.

Reservations for our host resort will be made directly with the park and details how to reserve will be provided upon confirmed event registration. We’ve secured a discounted rally rate for 7 nights (3/7-3/14) of $71/night per family. A one-night refundable deposit of $71 is required to reserve your site with the balance due upon arrival. If there is availability when you call the park to reserve your site, you can extend your reservation for additional dates at the same rally rate as well. If your family has a Thousand Trails membership, you can potentially get an even lower camping rate–let us know & we’ll help!   The RV resort amenities include:  Pet friendly 3 Laundry rooms Camp store/general store 3 Bathhouses with hot showers Sand dunes with sand sledding & beach access Nature/hiking trails Game room Basketball Horseshoes Horseback riding Overflow parking for extra vehicles

Cancellation Policy:  

All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Full refund less $10 cancellation fee up to 60 days prior to the event. A 75% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 30 days prior to the scheduled event. A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received 14 days prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be granted if the request is received within fewer than 14 days prior to the scheduled event.

Special Cases: We understand how unpredictable life on the road can be, so special case considerations can be made.
