Bend Blast Assembly

Join us in May for the Bend Blast Assembly! May 18-25, 2023 we’ll be exploring one of North America’s most recent volcanic eruption sites in Bend, Oregon! The week will kick off with a volcano-themed rig roll, which is sure to be a blast! We’ll be taking several group field trips together which include private guided tours to Newberry Caldera, Lava River Cave, Lava Butte, and other museum field trips. Kids will play games, create art & do crafts centered around volcanoes. Families will enjoy catered meals together, including a party at a local, family-friendly brewery and more–all included with your family admission ticket.

Reservations for our host resort will be made directly with the park and details how to reserve will be provided upon confirmed event registration. We’ve secured a discounted rally rate for 7 nights (5/18-5/25) of $54/night + tax per family. A one-night refundable deposit of $54 + tax is required to reserve your site with the balance due upon arrival. If there is availability when you call the park to reserve your site, you can extend your reservation for additional dates at the same rally rate as well.   The RV resort amenities include:  Pet friendly Newly remodeled laundry room Camp store/general store Bathhouses with hot showers Playgrounds Mini golf Nature/hiking trails River access for water sports & fishing Game room Basketball Tennis/pickleball courts Library

Cancellation Policy:  

All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Full refund less $10 cancellation fee up to 60 days prior to the event. A 75% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 30 days prior to the scheduled event. A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received 14 days prior to the scheduled event. 

No refunds will be granted if the request is received within fewer than 14 days prior to the scheduled event.

Special Cases: We understand how unpredictable life on the road can be, so special case considerations can be made.
